In our home country, we can eat any kind of Japanese food by just visiting a Japanese restaurant that served the food you want. When you are on holiday in Japan, you may find that you may not be able to eat the kind of Japanese food as you wish. For example in Aomori, we may not be able to find beef rice or fried pork cutlet in any fast food chain as easily as in Tokyo. We also realised restaurant may allow smoking indoor which may not be for us. Anyway, we managed to find some decent restaurant or food court in Hirosaki and Aomori. Below are the list to share with you.

Tsugaruji
Located at Aomori JR station, we dine here twice due to its family like restaurant and the "allergy lookout" menu. |

Sushi Bar ASUKA Shinmachi shop
Love this place. We only managed to have lunch here. Wanted to go back for dinner but was not able to do so due to its big crowd. |
